I regularly find myself receiving messages from people online who wish to drop me a note, send a card, or just generally make contact via old-fashioned snail mail.

Stumbled upon your book, “Frozen Assets” 1999 edition, at my local used book store. I’ve been trying to figure out a way to freeze meals for years. I’m a single mom (from the get go) who’s struggled through trying to make healthy, affordable foods for my son and myself. Now I’m working 2 jobs, trying to make ends meet, spend quality time with my son, make time for his activities and myself, while keeping it all together. I’m thankful for your book. Skimming through, it’s really what I’ve been searching for. My son is near the teenage years where he’ll be a bottomless pit. I’m looking forward to learning more of your tips, secrets, and what-nots, to help feed him good food. Thank you for taking the time to write all this down.
